Entretien
After the application and initial assessment, the first stage was a teams video interview. Asked questions like “Tell us about yourself and why you’ve applied”, “What do you know about the company?” And then 2 behavioural questions about problems I have faced and a time when I have faced ambiguity. A chance to ask questions at the end as well. Interviewers were extremely nice and polite. The next step was a an assessment centre (AC). There was an interview, group exercise and presentation. Interview was 2 behavioural questions and then 5 technical questions. The problem is that the candidate pack said there would be 6 behavioural questions and 2 technical questions so completely the opposite of what actually happened. The group exercise was discussing about AI in the water industry and how what impact it can have as well as possible risks. There was also a presentation on a topic that we had been briefed on earlier. The people at the Assessment centre were extremely nice which is something that I really appreciated. The main problem was that the main reason for my rejection was taking longer to get the right answer for the technical questions and that too for only 1 or 2 of the questions which was something that I found very disappointing.

Entretien
Initial online test to assess cultural fit. Followed by a video interview and a final assessment centre. Smooth experience overall, with the chance to get some good feedback.
Have a thorough understanding of the role and expect fairly detailed technical questions.
