There was an initial phone, followed by an in person interview, followed by an interview with the DM and District Sales manager. The interviews were not difficult. They were more or less an assessment of work history as well as reasons for entering the field/company.

The first step 30 minute introduction by phone. At least for me, this was not scheduled but rather a call I received a few days after submitting the application. After the call, I was invited to an in person interview with the Site manager for the fluids division
I went in person to give my resume. The interview was simple and short. It was one interview. Nothing too crazy. There was a phone interview but I skipped that and went straight in person.

Entretien
Panel type interview with 3 people. Too many questions and it lasted an hour with each person taking turns. Just a little bit of conversation style talk. Once it was over, all that was said was that's all we have right now. No thank yous, no mention of next steps, no anything.
