The process was very smooth and welcoming. Had two phone interviews to start off then I received a call from the branch manager to schedule an in person interview. After the personal interview it took about 2 weeks to receive an offer.

I never received any feedback or communication after the interview, so I'm not sure what specifically I could have improved.

Entretien
It is a panel interview. Consists of least two or three managers in the area. Mostly discussion type of questions with scenarios and how you would do each one. It is not too difficult as long as you have work experience
