Was hired through a recruiter. They make you take online tests to see if you have basic skills in MS Office. Had to take a personality test as well. Once I passed that screening phase I had a phone interview with the Customer Care Manager. She asked basic questions; what do you like about your job, what don't you like, what is your biggest weakness, etc. Then they call you for a face to face interview. They asked how do I see myself in 5 years, tell me about a time you solved a problem at work, etc.
