I interviewed with this company for one month in total, it consisted of 4 rounds of interviews. First stage was a screening with a recruiter, second was a call with the VP of sales, third was a meeting with HR along with an assessment and fourth and final round was with their hiring manager. I was initially told that my salary expectations were in line with the role when speaking with the recruiter and VP but after speaking with HR and the hiring manager it sounded like they were planning on a low ball offer for the role and location they were hiring for. Received no response from the employer, reached out to the recruiter after 3 weeks to see if there was a decision made, no response, not even a templated generic rejection email.
