30 minutes competence-based interview, which was done over the phone. There were 4 people in the panel. 3 of them from the finance department. No questions about strengths/weaknesses or "tell me about yourself". In the beginning of the interview the panel asked how my experience and skills matched the position I applied for.

I took a written assessment and after three months, I was invited to attend an Expert Panel Interview. It was a three member panel. They asked a number of questions that required me to demonstrate my past experience in the area.
