Comptency based interview. The funny thing? It took UN almost a year (!!!) to inform me of the fact that 'eventually' I did not pass the interview. Insum, a process that fails significantly of meeting the high standards UN should have...

Please note that according to Glassdoors the whole process cannot last more than one year, but if we take the exams given before the interview the whole hiring process in my case lasted miraculuosly more than three years!!!
