I walked in and turned in my résumé. Scheduled an interview a few days later. Went in and had a very nice casual conversation about where I did my training and which ratings I have. Was told about the history of the flight school and what to expect as an instructor there. Also told about the pay scale which is on a sliding scale. The more hours you work the more you get paid for those hours.
