The interview went good I think...real ma and pa shop I think they had less then 15 total working there. The shop was about one of the dirtiest shops I've been in. Most of the machines where old and out dated although they are in the process of building new machines...what they call cnc machines are more like NC machines in my opinion with more like push buttons vs G and M code.
