Presented the job and expectations by the operations supervisor Met with an HR representative in another room. Was asked a series of STAR questions. Went for fingerprints and filled out a lot of paperwork. Schedule a drug test and physical agility test.

fun and easy ask a lot about customer service experience and i was able to have retakes just be yourself and you should be able to get an offer takes a week to hear a response back

The interview process was a bit lengthy, but enjoyable. It’s extremely easy to get pass the face to face interview. They use the “star method”. Be yourself and be welcoming!
