It’s not really easy. They wanna know what you would do with leadership roles. They wanna know how would you handle conflict. Are u willing to take in another ramp agents job task to help out. You need to think and answer the questions accordingly. Then after you do your interview and they feel u passed they will offer you the job or tell u you will hear back from the which usually mean you’ll get a “Unfortunately” letter.
