**Face to Face Interview ** They said not to arrive more than 30 minutes before the interview starts, so I got there just 30 before but there were already like 30 people in the lobby. I think there were 40 of us in total for the interview. Everybody dressed nice, so make sure you dress up! In the lobby they check your ID and bring you to upstairs, and they make you leave everything in the luggage room, but you’re allowed to have your phone and glasses with you. And then you are taken to the room, and sit with a group of 5-8 people. There are waters and snacks you wan take it if you want. You talk to your group, break ice, and a recruiter will play video of “ Good leads the way “ And they give you several minutes to prepare to share, how you do right thing in your life. A recruiter will come to your group and you speak your story. It was only like 5-10 minutes. And you have waiting time again, do whatever you want, write messages to children in the hospital, eat snacks and talk to your group. And then recruiter will call two groups at the time for group work in a small room with 2 recruiters watching. So you’ll work with like 13 people. Your group are given 12 slips of task, problems when boarding and they make you prioritize them from 1 to 12. For example, passenger with medical issues, passenger with a service dog, passenger who needs water for medication etc. My advice for this group work is Don’t talk too much , don’t go intense to stand out to recruiters. Because people who did that , They didn’t make it. Let everyone talk, empathize, and speak your opinion when you need to. And don’t be silent! This group work was like for 10 minutes. After that There are 2 show rooms, where you can see and touch uniforms, beverage carts, first class meal etc. there’s 1 recruiter in the room and you can ask question if you want. There were cameras in the rooms so make sure you talk to other candidates and have a smile ! And then finally 1 on 1 at the last! They call you one by one , waiting time may be long. If they call you while you go to bathroom, they’ll call you again later. In 1 on 1 you’re taken to the small room and they make you watch video of flight situation of delay and you read announcements with blank after video. And you’ll react to other FA and passenger who is worried about delay. Then in the same room you do reach test. You take off shoes, and do it on tippy toe. You have to reach at least 82 inches. After that, if you succeed interview, recruiter will take you to upstairs for “next step”, where they tell you they offer you CJO and you fill paper work and drug test, vision test etc. don’t forget glasses if you worry about vision test! If you don’t make it, they let you go home after 1 on 1. I think less than half of candidates passed. No personal questions at all! But I think they don’t really care how you react to video in 1 on 1 because I messed up so bad but I got CJO lol I think they look for people who are Smart, Calm, and can work as a team. It was 4 hours in total including waiting time but they watch you all the time , have a smile for a whole time. (By the way there was no language test in f2f for bilingual position, but you take it during online interview) Good luck every one !!!

the face to face live video interview with a HR personnel. I collected all possible questions from reddit to glassdoor and formulate my answers and thought they're going to ask the same questions but they didn't. The HR kind of tell that I have a ready made answers so she stirred the interview differently so my answer will be organic. Thankfully I passed this 30 minute interview. The interviewer did not look interested because she is multi-tasking but best believe she is listening to your answers.

I’m heading to the F2F interview in TX. Every step so far has not been difficult for me. I also have no prior knowledge in being a FA. The hardest part so far is probably just the nerves and anxiety. Just prep well, do some research, have some basic questions and answer prepared so that even if they ask a different question you can possibly use one of the scenarios of another question and tailor it to the new one.

I conducted my online assessment with questions about company policy, seating charts and customer requests with what is allowed and what isn't. I took my time with every question and reviewed it twice before submitted and now I'am invited to the virtual interview.

They gave you scenarios of situations and then gave you charts of company policy for food service and you had to answer helping the customer but following company policy.
