I did an online interview and then HR reached out to me to schedule a zoom interview. After my zoom interview I found out within two weeks that the company went with someone else.

They asked me how they could help me with hard skills.
Fairly straightforward, respectful. Very standard questioning regarding resume, reason for wanting to work there, etc. The first interview was very much a 'get to know' type interview. Nothing truly out of the ordinary compared to other large company interviews
