Hiring event. I spoke with someone one on one in a large conference room. He looked over my resume and pointed out the aspects which fit the job description and company culture, then asked some basic questions about my background and career goals. He said he would reach out to me on LinkedIn within the next three days to send over resources that would help me take the next step, but I never heard back. Overall it was a positive meeting and he made me feel very comfortable, but I wish he would have given me a yes or no instead of eventually ghosting me.

Asked to come onsite within 48 hours of phone screen. (Didn't live locally, multihour drive.) Four behavioral interviews, had to provide each of my interviewers with printed copy of my resume since they either hadn't been provided with it or hadn't printed it out. Hiring manager checked text messages twice during interview. Ultimately ghosted, and had to follow up with admin for reimbursement of travel expenses. Wildly, astoundingly unprofessional experience.

video interview and then an in person interview in Chicago. They fly you out and it's about a two hour interview of mostly behavioral questions. You are expected to use the STAR method when answering questions but the interview was still very conversational
