Panel interview with 4 Sr. Managers. They started with background questions followed by behavioral and situational questions. Weaknesses and strengths, tell me a time when you learned from your mistakes, etc.

Received call from recruited was put in contact with department manager for an phone interview. Overall a fairly easy process to interview. Two interviews later no offer but pretty happy overall process.
