Entretien
Basically it was a cattle call of 35 candidates. They presented a short video that explained the position and some of the benefits. Then there were some speech from department heads on what to expect.

All situational type of questions. You need to be able to know how to best handle the scenario presented to you. Better if you could give an example of past experiences and achievements. Be very specific and not give out generic answers.

Entretien
The interview process was shortened to four questions, as two questions asked the same thing but were worded differently. The two interviewers who were supposed to attend did not, so I was interviewed by one man who asked the questions and wrote down my answers about how my experiences could apply to the role.
