I got invited to the One on One interview through the email in San Francisco, CA. There were over a hundred applicants at that time. The interviewer asked me around 6-7 open questions. It's all about your past experience and most of it about how did you handle the unplanned situation or a difficult customer. They also asked about your achievement. Nothing too difficult, the interviewer was really nice and tried to make me relax. The interview was more like talking to me.

One round online multiple choice, one round zoom screening. The second round screening included two individuals. Next, they went onto to screen one final candidate in person. These were the only steps beyond the submission process.

Conducted interviews with future employees with hiring managers one on one. Asked you a few questions based off work situations. The hiring managers are wonderful and very quick process. Offer you job on the spot.

Entretien
I had an initial phone call interview on a Tuesday, and then had a phone call back by the end of the week, Friday. I complete drug screening and Pre employment paperwork by the following Tuesday. I got a email confirmation Monday to schedule my in person orientation day.
