Begins with applying online and then a link is sent for a recorded multi-question session. I read that there are test questions and 3 of these questions would be asked in the recorded session. I only had 3 test questions and they were not the questions asked for the recorded session. I was very nervous as I'd never done this type of interview before and I did not get asked for a live interview but can reapply in 6 months. Hopefully the next time around will be better since I will be more comfortable with the process!

The usual questions, tell us about yourself, describe how to deal with difficult co-workers, took a geography and time zone test at the end. What was a contribution you had a previous employer that impact the entire organization.
