I interviewed through the Uniqlo job fair. The process was very quick and efficient. The questions were fairly standard, focusing mostly on customer service scenarios, teamwork, and attitude. The interviewer was professional and kept the conversation straightforward.

Applied online and received an email for a 15-20min interview with the store manager. You pick your interview time and make sure to arrive on time or a little early because the interviews are all done right after each other. The person before me came late so my interview was pushed back.
