Worst experience I have had in the nearly 2 decades of my career. Still not able to understand why the Platform engineering manager had to take an interview of a program manager, this guy started the interview exhibiting irritation towards Manager roles and went on explaining how the PM role itself is irrelevant. Then some useless questions were asked like, what is your favorite color, what are the aspects you look for while buying a TV, explain yourself in one world, etc.. Really guys !!! is this how you treat senior folks??? Have some professionalism. After HR never came back with the feedback, any professional company will assume the responsibility to inform the candidate about the feedback, and as expected I have been through "ghosting". my advice is not to waste time and get insulted by applying to this company.
