Initially, I received an automated email to schedule a call with the team. I met with a team of four for an interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes, where each member questioned me one by one.

Super simple. You turn in your application and if they like it you get invited to interview. You do one interview that's really personality and previous experience based. They will ask you specifics about your resume and examples of situations you experienced from sections of your resume.
