Invited for on campus interview after speaking with a recruiter at on campus job fair. The first interview as mostly behavioral with one object oriented programming type question. After that I took the BAPT test at the local UP office. After passing that, I was invited to UP headquarters where I had two rounds of panel interviews, one technical and one leadership based. Finally, I was matched with a couple different managers for interviews of varying difficulty.

What is the difference between an object and a class?
Random people from different teams and it was basic questions. If you have a degree you are in IT you can work there. Skill levels are all over the place

I only did a first round interview. The interview was a lot of behavioral questions and talking about my past experiences. Ran through some other very common behavioral questions. Nothing very unique and not very technical.

I applied through Handshake, then received an email asking me to sign up for an in-person interview at my school. Did the interview and they basically told me I got the offer.
