Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Union Pacific (Omaha, NE) en févr. 2011
Entretien
Started with a 1:1 interview. They use a list of standard questions they give to everyone. Next was a couple of phone interviews detailing a position and its requirements. After the initial phone interview with management team, was brought in for an in person panel interview with many of the same questions as the first 1:1 interview. Do your homework before you interview here. You should have a solid understanding of what UP does, how they are doing, where they are going and what challenges they currently are facing. It is important to them that they know you have spent time understanding the railroad industry. Also, try and relate past experiences into your answers.
It was great fast and very easy asked simple questions and had really nice people would recommend for anyone to just try to interview and see how it goes it was easy to schedule aswell.

Only phone screens for me, but I was referred to them through a program at my university. Most of my questions were about my personality and preferences in how I operate in a work setting. No trick questions which is always nice.

There were no technical questions asked. They did ask what skills you have and your level for them (low, medium, high). After, they asked behavioral questions. Then you had time to ask questions at the end.
