I was greeted as I came in, I asked for Darla Chiarito. She came out and greeted me, took me to the conferance room. We waited for Anthony to join us. Darla asked most the questions and gave Anthony a chance to ask questions. At the end I was given a chance to ask questions.

Entretien
Professional; however friendly and I felt at ease during the interview process. I also asked quite a few questions, which were all answered to my satisfaction. I had an informal interview a few days prior, which went well.

“How do you deal with difficult customers and how do you defuse the situation?”
The interview process was very relaxed. I met with the branch supervisor and his right hand person. The supervisor asked my background and just a few scenario questions . Pertaining to compliance, stealing, and personality.

The process itself was very smooth. The employees that I had contact with were very welcoming and answered any questions I had for them. They responded very quickly and helped me throughout the whole process.
