The process itself was very smooth. The employees that I had contact with were very welcoming and answered any questions I had for them. They responded very quickly and helped me throughout the whole process.

Professional; however friendly and I felt at ease during the interview process. I also asked quite a few questions, which were all answered to my satisfaction. I had an informal interview a few days prior, which went well.

“How do you deal with difficult customers and how do you defuse the situation?”
The interview process was very relaxed. I met with the branch supervisor and his right hand person. The supervisor asked my background and just a few scenario questions . Pertaining to compliance, stealing, and personality.
