Phone conversation, less than 10 minutes, than a meeting invitation in the company office; during face-to-face interview - many questions for personality and attitude. The atmosphere was good, welcoming, interviewers were polite, smiling and looked very happy with what they do.

Firstly you get a call from HR, then the face to face interview will take place. Interview questions are typical - nothing scary or complicated. E.g "Can you sell me a pen?", "Tell me about yourself!", "What are your plans for the next 5 years?", "How do you get along with different with different culture?" "What are your strengths and weaknesses?"
