When I arrived at the Portland office, I waited for my interview (I was quite early) and I was able to see the office in motion. The atmosphere seemed very collaborative, active and productive. My first interview was with Jess, who is fun and talkative and made me feel comfortable and at ease. He definitely looks for signs of a good salesperson, so being confident and conversational definitely helped. I went through a sample pitch for him and answered some pretty basic questions, along with one interesting surprise question, which I'll keep a surprise.
After interviewing with Jess, I had a second interview with Jordan, which was fairly quick. He asked me basic questions about work history what makes a good salesperson. You should be comfortable selling yourself to them and convincing them that you would be a good pick for them.
Overall good interview process, not insanely stressful, and I got a quick tour of the office which was nice.

First interview was about 20 questions. How to describe the color yellow to a blind person threw me off guard. Few days later was called back for a second interview. Walked in the room and the guy said: " well I don't really have any questions for you." Wow! thanks for wasting my time. Like we couldn't cover this on the phone? Left 2 minutes later with the job.

Really great interview process. This job is for you if you can sell. If you can't sell I would just walk away. Great welcoming interview process, not too intense of questioning. You need to sell yourself.
