J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unified Infotech (New York, NY) en févr. 2025
Entretien
A recruiter from the company's HR department reached out to me on LinkedIn advising of the open position. I had never personally heard of this company before and the pay scale was average but proceeded through the interview process anyway. Every step seemed rather standard. First, an interview with the Director of Operations for Technology which included mostly behavioral questions. Second round was an interview with the COO, again mostly behavioral questions. The third and final round was with the CEO but that is where the experience became negative. Throughout the entire interview, I felt like I was being talked down to based on my experience because the ways of working in a large organization are not like a small MSP such as this company. The CEO seemed to insist that everything he was doing was correct regardless of what goes on in other places and when I asked questions about some of the processes they're following, his answer was "you can Google it." In the end, I did not mind that no offer was given to me for this because I would feel uncomfortable working with the CEO of this business given how I feel he comes off as the person in charge.

One interview with several interviewers. Took about an hour. Extremely technical questions, very few Product Management questions. This position was for a hybrid remote/NYC position. The salary was not listed on the Job Description which is a violation of NYC law. The entire process took three months - no feedback given.
