You are first contacted by HR and they do a phone interview. If you do well with the phone interview, you will be asked to come to the main lab for the in person interview. You will interview with the Director of Operations and the MLA supervisor. They ask you about your experience, why you want the job, why you're a good fit, if you're familiar with lab processes and pathology terminology (which even if you have NO experience it doesn't matter they'll hire you anyways.)
