Phone Screen with Tech Manger, Coderpad Technical interview very basic questions, On-site "Lunch" Panel Interview with Leads and Tech Manger. Conversation is driven mostly by yourself with people occassionally chiming in for clarification. Overall there wasn't a very good energy during my interview. The Lunch aspect made it very awkward as the food they provided wasn't anything I could really eat.

Step 1: Phone screen with recruiter. (30 min)
Step2: General interview with some team members. (1 hour)
Step 3: Technical interview with team members. (1 hour)
Step 4: Final interview with tech director. (45 min)

Question 1
There were some questions about previous experience and how I handled challenging scenarios. The technical interview involved 2 online coding challenges. The 1st was to write a script to do some data manipulation and the 2nd was to troubleshoot a bug.
