It was very simple. They had a shortage of workers, so they ask about my salary expectations and if I could start immediately. The interviewer was very nice, show me the plant and introduce me to the production manager.

Quick interview about 10 minutes in length. Offered job after interview pending successful passing of a urine drug test. After that you sign a few papers and watch a few of their videos showing what your job will consist of.
