Regular HR interview. Then I got a tech interview with the CTO. The CTO just sent me some code via zoom and expected me to debug it. It felt like an interview that was not prepared at all. We agreed on pair programming in their office a couple days later. Same experience, I was expected to bring my computer to code (and wasn't told about it), while I expected I would get to work alongside someone, all ready to just go. The CTO said that all was good but needed to see me code to give an answer, so I was told to go back home to my laptop, then connect to a zoom and do pair programming. As soon as I got home, I had a 2 minute old email saying that we'll leave the process as it is. Totally unprofessional interview, and it's sadder given that it didn't happen with some junior, but with the CTO itself.
