We sat outside the store for about 15/20 minutes. It felt very casual. Questions were based on previous stock and retail experience.The interview was originally for a stock supervisor position that had been filled internally right before the interview. A stock position was offered with anticipation for promotions in the future with upcoming store openings and company growth.
