The first round interview was offered to me in an email inviting me to complete a virtual interview through the program HireVue. I received this invitation the day after I submitted my application. In this interview, 7 questions were asked. I was prompted with the question on the screen for 30 seconds and then recorded on video for 3 minutes maximum for each response. After about a week, I received an email inviting me for a phone interview. This interview consisted of basic questions about my resume, background, and experience. I gathered that this step was a get to know you type of interview. After this step, and after an entire month of not hearing from them, I received an email explaining that they were choosing a different candidate with more experience, which I found a bit frustrating because 2 months and 2 interview steps had gone by with me thinking I had the right qualifications for the position, only to find out I didn't.
