I interviewed online using Hirevue. This is a video conferencing technology that allows you to record your responses with a timer and send them into Under Armour. I found this very strange and would much rather have talked to a person than done it online. I am still waiting to hear back before April 15.

Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
