Entretien
Submit the usual resume requirements. Then take the students midterm in person and present a 15 min pre constructed lesson from the unit to leadership. Mine was filmed in an empty classroom and included a glow/grow and redo section that wasn't to par (see how you handle feedback)

There was a five minute video interview that allowed you to only prepare for 30 seconds. There was a series of questions. After the video recordings you get invited to an in person interview.
