It only took a day for the manager to contact me to schedule an interview. However, it ended up being cut short due to my lack of bakery experience. She said it's possible for them to train me, but would simply rather not do that. At least she was honest about it.

The interview was fast and the process was like a typical interview. They mainly care if you will stay and work for a long time. They don't prefer short term workers.
