3/5. Interviewer/recruiter is the company's people experience person or the fancy label they use for their HR. Recruiter did not seem very knowledgable in crypto or blockchain fundamentals. I had to explain it to her. In the end I did not get the role. I checked the HR persons Linkedin and she does not have any technical experience. Seems all her technical HR experience fell through but some guy from Unchained gave her a role. The people she hired for the role also did not have a technical background. Must be a thing they do at this company.
