The first interview with the CEO went well, however the subsequent interview with my potential supervisor was very unprofessional. It was clear they hadn't bothered to read my resume. They were late. They took a phone call during my interview and yawned the entire time. And I am a very engaging person. They asked me very obvious questions that could have been answered by reading the first paragraph of my resume. I essentially had to interview myself. This was a senior position and the interview was through an executive recruiter.
