These people are just vague and unprofessional. After two long rounds of online interview they wanted to again have another call. Then they made a verbal offer with no specifics to the remuneration or anything else(working days/location etc)by saying we will give what you have asked. Till then I had only mentioned the expected package as a percentage in the previous rounds. Then they were like oh can you join tomorrow to which I said that's not possible and could I have the offer letter ? Then they said that yes, we will send you the letter today itself- can you start looking for --- role ASAP ? No offer letter was sent as expected considering how they behaved. They wanted free recruitment work to be done for an imaginary position.
