Applied online and was emailed requesting a cover letter. Then we had an interview over the phone and at the end of it I was invited to interview in person. She said she'd email to arrange this but never did so I sent an email to follow up and received a generic rejection response a week later. It was very disappointing and rude to see a company that prides itself on treating people like people and not numbers not bother to address the issue properly.
