The interview consisted of three rounds: phone screening, interview with hiring manager, and panel. I found the interview to be straightforward and easy. I never write a review and I found it disrespectful and appalling that the Head of HR joined the interview 20 minutes late. It’s unacceptable and I’m glad I didn’t move to the next round because I was about to withdraw my application. The lack of timeliness and professionalism are big red flags.
