The process was very quick and timely; I went in for an interview within the week of applying. The interview was structured, with skills testing included. I was asked for and submitted writing samples prior to being invited in for the interview.

The first part of the process was a video interview, with standard questions and a couple of attempts to record your answers. The next phase was an in-office timed skills test and a structured interview with a panel from the hiring department.
