Recruiter from Ultradent reached out to me, then invited me to complete a 1-way recorded video interview asking basic questions. Was not moved forward in interview process. Found the process awkward.

First interview went great even thought I didn't get the job. Even thought their description says you don't need sales experience and that this is a great opportunity to get into sales, they do want you to have formal sales experience. After 6 months, the hiring manager told me to apply again for a different territory. She was great, we clicked and shared the same views. She said I was her 2nd pick the first but went with someone with more dental sales experience. I did even better the 2nd time around and thought I nailed it. Then again I didn't get the position due to someone having more sales experience. Then why waste my time to have me apply again? My job experience didn't change in 6 months.
