done on asking basic questions like what is marketing? what is the difference between commodity and product? and had a discussion about how company will work since we are new to cement industry?After presentation asked some basic questions and tested whether i am really interested or not?

Selection through tests which pertains to the respective branch of engineering, in my case civil engineering. Basically college score till the last semester before the commencement of the internship is taken under consideration for the job.

Entretien
There was no interview process, we had to apply prior through our connections and we were offered the internship without any stripened. We were offered lunch everyday. It was a fine experience, but overall it was an enriching experience.
