I had a 3 step process. An initial 1/2 hr screening interview, by phone, a 1 hr zoom interview with the immediate team and a 2 hour zoom interview with an expanded panel in which I conducted a presentation on a program that I managed in the past.

Entretien
Upon initial contact from hiring team I completed a Microsoft Teams interview with my immediate supervisor and some of the people who would be my co-workers. From there I was offered an in person interview and facility tour. The in person interview was with multiple departments and HR. I was offered a position approximately 2 weeks after my interview.

Entretien
It was truly a great experience. It took approximately 7 weeks from submitting the application to receiving the offer letter, which included two phone interviews and two in person interview panels. The recruiting team and hiring manager communicated frequently with me throughout the process. One of the best things I experienced during the process is when I called the recruiting team with a question they actually answered the phone and took the time to answer my question on the spot. A really great team overall and I am looking forward to working with Ultra.
