2 step interview process with IQ test and further psychometric test for 2nd stage interview. The 2nd interview includes 10-15 minute presentation. All interviews carried out in a relaxed manner with informal tour of the business.

The interview process was very straightforward and engaging. In the interview with the Functional Manager and the site’s Team Lead, I was quizzed about my current systems engineering role, my knowledge of various aspects of systems engineering and my previous job history.
