The interview was held in Skin Care, at the only available table for clients to use. WHY would someone be interviewed ON the stage.????...bizarre !!!!! Questions basic....but I was distracted by customers giving us the 'eye' for assistance. I saw no ulta cast in the area. The manager didn't seem to notice, nor care about the customer standing 3 feet away...consulting her iphone regarding PTRoth .Products.....so I excused myself to help her. ( I knew the line very well since I came from ulta's competitor). The testers were gross, old, smelled rancid, were crusty and spoiled, and the shelves were filthy. Truly embarrassing.....and I did not get the job. Should I contact Corporate regarding this experience and the condition of the products and very poor store hygiene???????? I've NEVER had an interview this strange. Any feedback welcome.

The interview was a very smooth process. The interviewer was very kind and easy to talk with . I was nervous but felt very sure after the interview. I was offered a job that day.

I applied online and about 4 days later I got a call for an interview for a few days later.
My interview went well. It was fairly easy. They asked basic questions about your experience working in customer service.

I applied and they called me back about a week later. I went in for the interview and she actually hired me right on the spot. I filled out all my paper work. It was a very laid back interview. (Everyone's interview process will be different)
