Entretien
It was a group interview, which I was worried about as I had had previous group interviews of 12 people, and I didn't think they would focus on individuals. I was with two other girls and they were both very nice. I brought my resume, and so did another girl. We went to a barnes and noble to interview and the majority of the interview was explaining how the store works, and not asking about previous work history or and relevant experience, I didn't even get asked. And at the end of the interview the three of us were offered the position at Ulta, and she didn't bother taking resumes. It was very simple and easy to have gotten the job. The woman who was interviewing us was very nice though, and I do look forward to starting soon. A con is she said that she would over schedule hours, and if we weren't needed, she would send us home or call us a few hours ahead of time to tell us not to come in

Question 1
If you had any days off or anything you would need off in the future to know it now, other wise it wouldn't be approved.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
