Interview process was great very nice manager. In other salons I would just have to bring my resume and get the job. At Ulta you have to bring in a live model to do highlights, cut and ect.

The regional manager was ghosting me when I made several attempts inquiring about the position as hairstylist. I interviewed in February of 2020 and was accepted the position. Sadly Covid came. I applied/inquired two times after Covid and the manager never called me back. When I finally got her on the phone she was very abrupt, dismissive, and said she is not hiring. That was not true, they are hiring.
